Respect and tolerance are core principles in my work. I continuously strive to learn new things and develop my expertise. As an event organiser, I have several years of experience planning and organising music events. I'm passionate about running events, from advertising campaigns to managing the staff on-site. The main goal is always for visitors to take home new positive emotions from the events. I set out to achieve ambitious goals with motivation, perseverance, and accountability.
